NeTvada provides internet access services to customers located in Nevada. The availability of specific services may vary depending on your location and service plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To access some of our Services, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing and Payments

All fees for Services are due in advance unless otherwise stated. By providing a payment method, you authorize NeTvada to charge all applicable fees to your chosen payment method. If your payment fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. NeTvada does not offer refunds for monthly service fees or one-time installation charges. You may cancel your service at any time by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month. No prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to:

Spamming or distributing malware
Violating any local, state, or federal laws
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 3 months.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. You may also cancel your account or service by contacting us in writing at least 7 days before the end of your billing cycle.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
